Does USCIS accept a translation done in Ecuador?

USCIS does not require the translator to be in the US: it asks for a full English translation with the translator's signed certification. Our translations include that certification.

Do I need to send the original document?

No. A clear photo or scan of the whole document is enough, both sides if there is information on the back.

How much does it cost?

Translation costs $25 per page of up to 300 words. A birth certificate is usually one page. We confirm the total before we start.
